1938/11/07 – „Heimerlass“ des Württembergischen Innenministeriums

The Württemberg Ministry of the Interior, Germany, issues a decree to remove all school-age and underage Sinti and Roma from other care homes and move them to the St. Josefspflege Catholic children‘s home in Mulfingen. The ‘Homes Decree’ prepared the ground for the racist exclusion that would later form the basis for the deportation of the children and young people.
