1938/12/04 – „Erlass zur vorbeugenden Verbrechensbekämpfung“ Sudetenland

The validity of the ‘Decree on the Preventive Fight against Crime’ of 14 December 1937 is extended to the territories of Czechoslovakia (Sudetenland) annexed by Germany. On this basis, Sinti and Roma can be sent to concentration camps at any time.
