1940/06/26 – Beginn Fortsetzungskrieg

The so-called ‘Continuation War’ (‘jatkosoda’) involved renewed hostilities between Finland and the Soviet Union and lasted until 19 September 1944. Finland’s military activities were closely coordinated with the National Socialist war of aggression against the Soviet Union.
