1940/09/30 – „Erlass zur vorbeugenden Verbrechensbekämpfung“ Annektierte Gebiete Polens

The validity of the ‘Decree on the Preventive Fight against Crime’ of 14 December 1937 is extended to the territories of Poland annexed by Germany and incorporated into the Reich. On this basis, Sinti and Roma can be sent to concentration camps at any time.
