Within five days, 5,007 Austrian Roma are deported from Burgenland and the Gau Niederdonau to the Litzmannstadt ghetto. The trains depart with inmates from the Lackenbach detention camp (2,000 Roma on 4 and 6 November), the Fürstenfeld assembly centre (1,000 Roma on 5 November) and the Alt-Pinkafeld assembly centre (1,000 Roma on 7 November, 1,007 Roma on 8 November). Ten children and one woman die during the deportations.
