1941/12/10 – 1941/12/11 – Serbien Belgrad Verhaftungen Verschleppungen Konzentrationslager Sajmište

Roma women and children from Belgrade, German-occupied Serbia, are arrested and taken to Sajmište concentration camp, after their male family members have been killed in mass executions a month earlier. The camp’s commandant decides to release those women and children who can prove permanent residence in Belgrade. Those who are not released will be killed during the liquidation of the camp together with Jewish women and children between March and May 1942.
