1942/04/02 – Erlass Vorbeugende Verbrechensbekämpfung Ausdehnung deutsch besetztes Luxemburg

The validity of the ‘Decree on the Preventive Fight against Crime’ of 14 December 1937 is extended to German-occupied Luxembourg. On this basis, Sinti and Roma can be sent to concentration camps at any time.
