1942/10/13 – Reichssicherheitshauptamt Anordnung Sprecher

The Reich Security Main Office orders the appointment of nine ‘spokespersons’ from the Sinti group for the Reich territory. This is an attempt to instrumentalise them for selection processes in the run-up to the later deportations to Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration and extermination camp.
