Dr Sebastian Lotto-Kusche is a historian at the Research Centre for Regional Contemporary History and Public History at the Europa-Universität Flensburg. His dissertation examines how the genocide of the Sinti and Roma was dealt with in the Federal Republic of Germany between 1949–1990.
