1949/03/28 – Österreich Portschy Verurteilung als Kriegsverbrecher

In Austria, the former deputy Gauleiter of Styria, Dr Tobias Portschy, is sentenced by a people’s court to 15 years’ imprisonment as a war criminal. In 1951, he is granted a conditional pardon and released from custody.
