2025/01/27 – Veröffenlichung Dokumente Eichmann-Prozess

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, the National Archive of Israel is making hundreds of thousands of documents from the trial of Adolf Eichmann, which took place in Jerusalem in 1961, available online. The SS Obersturmführer in the Reich Security Main Office in Berlin, Germany, was one of the main figures responsible for organising the persecution, deportation and murder of Europe’s Jewish population. Count 11 of the indictment dealt with the deportation and murder of tens of thousands of Sinti and Roma.
